lets say that my post get 353 sats but when I open wallet statistics I see only 247.

is it taking time to get proper number?

is some kind of fee?

I have not connected "external wallet", still using custodial SN. I know that after 5.november it will be different but I not able to find that post about it ... Is it activated or it is postpone?
