Please answer based on your personal opinion and explain why you consider this device the worst.

I've read that "Ledger" might have hidden backdoors... and on the internet I saw how a "Trezor" was hacked some time ago... I think those would be my choices for the worst hardward wallets.

I haven't heard of a few of these.
I guess the answer is Ledger but only because they kept their sales data and it got hacked. There's also all the sh$tcoins they support which could put the Bitcoin wallet as a lower priority.
I don't really know though. They're the biggest HWW and would have a lot to lose if it weren't secure.

IMO the worst hardware wallet is "MATERIAL BITCOIN" it comes with the private key engraved from the factory and covered with a sticker. And the user only can use one address to receive BTC .

Haven't tried enough of them to know, really (about 3-4 in that list) . Soooo, no vote

They are all second best to learning how to build your own cold storage.
Far better to invest a little time and energy in learning to build your own cold storage free of any third party HW. It is not difficult and can be done using an old laptop that you install Linux on and never connect to the internet. Or install Linux OS on a usb stick and use that. https://itsfoss.com/intsall-ubuntu-on-usb/
The cardinal rule for cold storage is store your seed phrase well- there is no HW that can do that crucial part of the job for you.
HWs are built for convenience but introduce considerable third party risk and prevent the user from learning how to operate their own cold storage. Once you have learned how to create your own cold storage consider building a node for the ultimate cold storage strength and security.

The only one which didn't work (the buttons didn't work) for me was the Trezor model one...but most likely a bad batch. Jade also didn't work well but it is a diy so let us say it is because of myself if I had connections problems. And for the official one I use Nixos so I had other problems to get it recognized, but this is also because of myself as I was not good enough to solve the problem specific to Nixos.
The hardware wallet which worked best for me without tinkering has been Ledger wallets.
