Great pic. The great lakes are so big. We were hanging out at Niagara on the Lake this summer. Looking at Lake Ontario felt like look at the sea, and that's the small one out of the five.

The attraction spots felt quite "touristy" when we were there. The beaches were full of people and Queen St. was very crowded with tons of pedestrian traffic. I guess being there on a weekend in the middle of summer didn't help.
However, when we walked into the side streets / residential areas, it quiets down a lot. Nice small town.

My daughter is highly disappointed she can’t fly like a bird. Haha

Does she have an affinity for birds? I remember her Fun Fact Friday trivia was something about this bird and its unique nose - can’t remember exactly what bird haha

Yes a bit. She loves to sit on the deck and whistle to the birds and feed the birds. But it’s not a huge interest for her.
She is more obsessed with chicks (also birds but not the type that you would want to mimic the flight of).

This is Lake Huron. It’s a great lake (ha).
I guess you feasibly could surf it under the right conditions but I haven’t seen anyone doing it at least in my area. Maybe there is a better spot with more tide. Tides are pretty strong today. The lake is usually really calm.
