there are 3 chickens in the freezer... this appetizing post made me look up how to make a whole chicken in the magical instapot. the internet is amazing. the only thing that was stopping me from making the chicken is that none of us has made a whole chicken before. in fact, most people our age have only eaten premade chicken and never made chicken on their own.

Wow!! Very different from the way they prepare chicken and rice here in Peru!! The truth is that our family is migrants! But since I ate the chicken and rice here in Lima... I don't want anything else!! It's delicious 😋😋😋

Here they make it with a rice called "Pharaoh" it's a very specific brand but it's perfect!! and they also add corn (white corn)🌽.. peas..🫛 and carrots 🥕 here they use a lot of vegetables.. and above all they have an obsession with adding purple onion🧅🧅 to almost all meals.. I don't really like the onion thing😓
