Listening to a podcast recently, where they mention this topic superficially, it made me do some research on some of the aspects mentioned.
πŸ“ First, they mention how difficult it has become to find housing and how these have only increased in price over the years, making it more difficult for the average person to aspire to own their own home every year.
I feel quite identified with this topic, since I already have my small family πŸ‘©β€β€οΈβ€πŸ‘¨πŸ‘Ά and the need grows bigger every day, easy to have a safe place to protect and shelter my family.
When I migrated out of my country approximately 7 years ago there were many that I did not know, and a lot of others that I totally ignored their existence (obviously I did not know Bitcoin in those days). But something that I knew perfectly well and that I saw totally clear, was that one day I would need my own house and in the country my opportunities to continue advancing were increasingly null, so in a talk with my mother, when I explained my reasons for why I had to leave the country, I told her the following. #quote "Mom, I have to go, because staying in the country means that the only option I have of one day having my own house 🏑. is to wait for you to die πŸ’€ so I can inherit yours, and that bothers me 😑"
Today, there is not much I know, I always certified that "My knowledge is just a drop πŸ’§ of water, and what I don't know is still an entire ocean to navigate" 🌊 (I heard that phrase in a series I once saw, I modified it a little and adopted it as a philosophy of life) But without a doubt I have more knowledge than those days when I left my country.
πŸ“ Today I can better understand some economic aspects because when I recently discovered bitcoin, the first thing I understood was that in order to understand that, I had to study other aspects of the traditional system, in which I was totally ignorant, topics such as money, economics, macroeconomics, politics, energy, among others.
Thanks to Bitcoin 🍊 that immersed me in all those topics like a French fry 🍟 in sauce, in lots of sauce!! Today I have woken up and can better understand the world or in this case, the second aspect mentioned in the podcast (Policies with housing plans, supported by Democratic or left-wing parties) which is a fallacy used to gain followers and sympathizers, but it is all an illusion, since then those plans are not carried out, mainly because the same politicians who promote these ideas are the same ones who then act as a counterpart to not carry out those urbanization plans 🏘️ since building new houses or buildings in already populated or densely populated areas erodes the value of existing properties, and obviously they do not want their wealth to degrade, no one would sincerely want that, by avoiding the erosion of the value of the properties then at the same time the cost of the properties already built is inflated, making every year the gap between the average cost of a home and the salary generated by an ordinary worker bigger.
And it should be noted πŸ‘€ that these data are from strong economies, meaning that for third world economies like the one in South America where I am, they must be double or triple as much at least, and without being exaggerated.
And as I often tell my wife... "By luck πŸ€ of fate, we met Bitcoin." The only tool capable of making you break the rat race wheel πŸ€ and break the chains ⛓️ that keep us tied and enslaved to the fiduciary system"
Looking at the graphs above you can fall into a state of eternal depression πŸ˜”, if you are a little awake and do some quick math, seeing that in economies like Canada in the last 20 years it went from needing 6 years salary to buy a house, to needing 11 years, it is a real barbarity and madness 😱 obviously measuring your existence in FIAT, and on the other hand we have this graph.
Seeing this I can only see hope, the famous light at the end of the tunnel, an orange light 🧑 and although I currently do not yet have the necessary amount of Satochis to buy my small house 🏠 where I can take care of my family, I am encouraged to know that I am accumulating something that at some point in the future will allow me to have my own house where I can live free and sovereign with my family until the end of my days.
Thank you for reading, stay humble, stacking and in the PagΓΌer πŸ’ͺ 🀠 ⚑ 🍊

I don't think it's something that should be acquired at the expense of others. I think the most ideal thing would be for everyone to be able to work to build their own.

I understand what you're saying. My mother managed to buy a house before she was 30 just by having a small business, and at the same age I'm not even close to the 1% chance of being able to buy a house. The devaluation hits us in the face without us realizing it, that's why we must continue using the best asset we can: Bitcoin.
