What sentence can be requested at trial?
Up to 10 years was the last I read
What political benefits does the detection of the CEO of Telegram bring and who is it for or why do they want to keep him detained? And why have they charged him with more than 12 charges?
I don't believe anyone knows at this stage, all we have are theories.
If not political motivated for whatever reason, the court should be able to proof without any doubt he is guilty of the charges.
