Absolutely. You need a strong week from Phillies and a few of us to have negative weeks so you can be in striking distance. Then you might have to be a bit creative and try to pick a team that no one else is picking that could rack up a lot of positive run differential. I got lucky the week I picked the Dbacks. No one else had them and they had a huge run differential week.
Good point. I'll have to hold off on my picks until everyone else goes.
The Yankees almost blew an 8-2 lead yesterday which would have made this week's recap very interesting. I am glad everyone got through the week unscathed.
I'm happy to say I missed all the drama. I got busy and only saw the final box score.
Man it was a close one. Holmes was up to 40 pitches. Tying run on third. But he got a grounder to second to end it.
