Luke Smith is good at three things:
(1) Bash;
(2) linguistics; and
(3) dismissing things he doesn't understand based on either aesthetics or rumors
I recently came across a clip of him making patently false claims about Lisp (a programming language). It was clear that he had only heard rumors about Lisp, which could be dispelled by reading a book about Lisp (e.g. Practical Common Lisp). But I suspect he isn't interested, because reading books is for nerds.
