Yeah I wonder what a compensation package for someone like Tadge would look like, and what intangibles convinced him to join Lightspark over the endless number of other companies that would have hired him in a heartbeat.

Assuming this is full time and not some kind of research advisor role, his total comp is probably easily 7 figures with a lot of autonomy and budget to do what he wants.

He used to be against the BOLT spec and the turn CLN/LND/Eclair have given to the Lightning Network he invented. Will be interesting to learn what he will do now.
