Hi, it might not be the ideal solution for international users but we wanted to add it as an option while we are talking with other issuers for better cards.

Great job providing additional options to the Bitcoin Community. The more the better.
Question in regards to in your trouble shooting section:
- What is the issue with VPN usage?
- Is there a blacklist of IP address that is being checked?
- Is this NovaCard maintaining this list or a third party (if so who)?

When you purchase a prepaid card, we send you card management link by email (which is card issuer's website). You need to visit that page to see card details, transactions etc.
Card issuer restricts access from unsupported countries and as VPNs are not allowed by them. We can actually send you card details directly without any 3rd party link, but you cannot see transaction history in this case. (if you prefer that you can contact live support)

7.5% does seem very high. What are the factors that cause it to be so high? I imagine lack of competition is big, though there must be a reason there's little competition. Is it very challenging in terms of regulation to have a card like this?
I started a purchase just to see what it's like. It looks like the only thing that's requested is an email, is that correct?

Most card issuers ask for KYC verification, this is why we don't have so many different card options. They charge some fee, we also pay fee for payment processing and crypto-to-fiat process. Indeed our fee is not low, but some big competitors charge up to 3 times higher fees compared to us. Possible solution for us is integrating better card issuers.
Yes all we need is email address, no account is required to use our service. We also recommend using email aliases as they increase privacy.

Novacard Eagle works fine for online / Apple Pay payments in the US but it rejects all requests from non-US merchants. Atlas cards support all countries except restricted ones, as long as merchant accepts prepaid cards and does not require 3DS you can use it.

I guess other countries are fine. I just highlighted the stuff i think people should know to save them some time in case any of those factors bother. The rest seems ok, if you need to have an anonymous card to spend your bitcoin. You'll need to give them an email address where they'll send the card.
I was maybe a bit harsh, but this sounded like a shitcoin company shilling their fiat crypto garbage. First and only post. Know your audience ;)
