Hey thanks for the answers.
For me it's Chile Summer Time (CLST). I discovered this TZ a long time ago and the name stuck with me as CeLeSTe. Today I learned that it no longer exists. The Wikipedia entries on the subject seem pretty confusing to me, or they have a really big mess with the time there.
