In my case, I would like to have the power to read minds, as that puts you above almost any situation and you could get inside information on everything, as well as knowing what the weak points of others are and how to influence them.

You could get ahead of almost everything just by getting closer to the person you want to get information from, imagine having that power... What is the superpower you would like to have?
