Solved, I turned off orbot and the funds are accessible now. My hosted node is synced over Tor but this new node is not. I didn't think about that. However, I still don't understand how the transaction was duplicated.

That's great you received your fund back.

This sounds like a question for @DarthCoin.

Idk, but this is the first time I've seen anyone giving a clue about lost funds while using Zeus.
These are healthy discussions but I'm afraid that by your title people may get negative thoughts about ZEUS, especially those who only read the title.
But anyways, those uninterested to read, might not be using Zeus!

You're right I think I will delete this post to avoid giving people the wrong idea. The funds are safe...

I believe I have encountered some flaws in the app interface but regardless my main takeaway here is that Tor is a big point of misunderstanding for me. I don't understand what information goes over Tor and what doesn't. And when it should or shouldn't. Basically I am familiar with the Tor browser, that's it.
It made sense to me to set up my home node as a Tor node since that seems more secure. But when interacting with the Bitcoin ecosystem sometimes I think that was a mistake because I run into things like this.
