Some time ago I stumbled upon a big txt-like list of online services that accept payments through BTC or even better the LN.
In particular I am looking for a list of VPS, bonus sats if you have used an anonymous VPS and can give me a quick review on it.
Thanks in advance!

Oh sorry, I misread. I cannot suggest any VPS.

This is a great post, thanks @handsome_latino for initiating it.
I'll make use of the replies today, in my research on a VPS to use. additionally, I'd like to know if you find any bitcoin VPS that provides GPUs w/ no KYC and also priced in our hard money.

Yeah, good idea to bookmark it!

RackNerd VPS is pretty good, accepted Bitcoin last I knew

RackNerd
Thanks. This thread makes me a bit worried though https://www.reddit.com/r/VPS/comments/188gxm7/why_is_racknerd_so_cheap/
reply
They've been around for years now and I have a few things there that have run fine, they're not super sensitive or high performance applications though... dev boxes, a torrent tracker, jumphost...
If you're running something high value then you'll have to spend up, I like RackNerd as a cheap option... my super serious stuff is a physical box I own colocated in a datacenter
reply
Understood. Nothing too sensitive, so I could definitely give it a try as their cheapest option is very affordable. Thank you!
If I may know, what do you use for your physical metal box?
reply
Physical box has a lot of fast storage and obviously doesn't share CPU so it's kind of a swiss army knife for Bitcoiny things, a nostr relay, backups etc
reply
Sorry, I meant which company/service are you using? Or you bought the box by yourself and place it somewhere?
reply
The latter, yea there's incredibly good deals on off-lease servers on eBay... enterprise grade stuff from Dell or HP with redundant PSU's and solid mainboards
If you buy one of those you can usually have it shipped directly to a datacenter, remote hands into it, and then install something like proxmox
That's called colocation, some datacenters only offer big room sized cages but even in those you can usually find smaller hosting/IT companies that will rent out a single U with power and bandwidth... usually $50-$150/mo depending on options like A+B power or dual 1Gb to 10GE
reply
You can buy prepaid credit cards and gift cards for a lot of big brand stores, restaurants and more.
Disclosure: I'm not paid by them for this suggestion unfortunately :)
