In Latvia it's Day of Constitutional Assembly. It was first elected legislative body of newly independent Latvia. It's main task was to create Constitution of Latvia and act as a temporary parliament. It's first meeting took place on May 1, 1920. That Constitution (Satversme), created in 1922, is still in effect to this day.
