Onchain is NOT for spending ! LN is for spending.
But it's better to have onchain privacy when opening channels.

IMHO silent payments could be the most important in this proposal list. It solves address reuse problem with a simple UX that is understandable to a normie who is new to Bitcoin and are used to the concept of bank accounts with a single account number.
