why make it so complex? wouldn't simple lightning address suffice?

My guess: Not having an account does make it easy to start mining but does create some challenges in authenticating withdraws.
I would vote for signing a lighting invoice as my preferred method.

I am not seeing bolt 12 mention when I am looking around in Mutiny.
