They are usually well thought out vehicles.
For the consumer and the mechanics.
An older toyota will outlast anything of this generation if properly taken care of.

I have a 2007 4runnner. 460k miles. Original Engine. No codes, no leaks, cold ac. Amazing vehicle.

I have owned so many civics from '82 all the way up to '14. My favorite was my Blue 2000 Si. So fun to drive. I love civics

I love used Lexus. They are generally not much more than a Toyota and got the same reliability with the extra goodies.
