was called drug lord - you would buy drugs, and the market would change just like a stock market. You could move around to different territories where the demand might be increased or decreased, and then you sell your shares to make a profit.
You would have 30 days I think to create a score based on how much money you earned. Along the way, you could buy weapons to win fights with cops, and I think there was a patch or a mod where you could fight rival dealers and steal their product.

There is a mobile version of it somewhere but I recall not being super stoked on it compared to the old windows version!
