This is not surprising at all. Central bankers, starting with Lagarde, will be the last ones who will publicly support or endorse Bitcoin. But I am pretty sure they are all having some Bitcoins.

Who care about banks? And in fact they are the biggest enemy of Bitcoin. They are fighting to save their stagnant system but in the end 'truth prevails' and Bitcoin is the truth for now.
