Consolidating UTXOs is recommended in a low fee environment however If I'm not sure if my UTXO mgt. was done correctly (lost memory lol) is there a way to know/verify that?

Yes, you can either trace it back yourself ( as long as you keep those txs, then matching the time and fees, then you know the flow - coming from where and to where ), or swap those unclear ones to LN.

Mempool.space is your friend.

Are your UTXOs split across different addresses or one address? I assume the complexity is due to different addresses. But yeah, you can still verify it. For single address, mempool.space is the way to go. For multiple addresses, you'll need a better way.
After having built a client-controlled wallet for BTC, I have to say, UTXO is both beautiful and ugly.

its multiple addresses ... so mempool is kinda of a challenge to check each one :)
