I think that a great sign of hyperbitcoinization is when Bitcoin and Lightning network is used as the infrastructure for fiat payments. This will happen in private institutions long before governments start using it. This is analogous to how the internet used to run on phone infrastructure, but now phones run on the internet infrastructure.

The Lightning Network or some variation of being used to settle transactions everywhere. Including internationally.
Businesses pass on the savings of the old networks (3%) to the consumer, and sending money internationally becomes cheap and instant.
The Global economy grows because moving value becomes frictionless and free market capitalism destroys state owned competitors because they refuse to innovate and cling desperately to their CBDC’s and crumbling FIAT.
