I think another beneficial revenue stream for miners could be: RBF by lightning. 

So if you have a stuck transaction you can go to miner pool page and input txid and boost amount and they generate a LN invoice and "accelerate" your tx.

Yes. But this about the payout of a pool to the miners. Cannot imagine that pools have a reserve.

Miners usually have reserves of older, unlocked coins.
