I am trying to do UTXO management but l have all my BTC on a cold storage built by TailOS . tried to do coin control using watch only wallet and scan unsigned tranx to sign it using cold wallet, error appears saying failed to parse my tranx. The question am l doing it right or l missing something. I might go with import my keys into hot wallet to consolidate my BTC and send it back to cold storage is that would make my BTC cold and secure enough

Please if you need more explanation let me know because this is important

I didn't do a good coin control before l moved my BTC to cold Hodl wallet. So please l am asking can l moved my BTC back to hot wallet like sparrow and do a good coin control then move it back to Hodl wallet??

I don’t know about this wallet specially, but a basic way to consolidate is to send all you bitcoin to your same wallet this will take all your existing UTXOs as inputs and create one output UTXO that has all the bitcoin.
