That's awesome. 3rd party external verification of uptime is another/better layer for securing this.
Because something that's offline ... can't communicate it's offline :D
You can also use @lightningwatchbot on telegram as an alternative, although the free notifications are delayed by an hour.
I also believe you need to open a channel to their node for it to work
