People need to trade and exchange using Bitcoin so it can fulfill its initial purpose. Being this well accepted mean of exchange is what gives Bitcoin its value.

When you buy something with Bitcoin, you are kind of "selling", but you are using it for its purpose and making the whole ecosystem more valuable (creating the desirable circular economy). If everybody just buys and hodls, in the short term it might seem smarter but in the long run it might make the coins worthless.

I agree with the general sentiment, but in order to buy bitcoin, someone needs to sell it to you. I'm thankful for those that give up some of their stack.

We should be grateful that people are willing to sell bitcoin, as it would be very difficult to use bitcoin without buying/ earning it.
