This is just factually wrong. Demand deposits always involve two parties: One has a demand and one has a liability. E-money like e.g. Paypal is just a one sided SQL database. Deposits at the FED are not that.
I get what you want to say. And I agree with the general sentiment of that towards our sick monetary system. But the way you worded it isn't correct.
