So as the title says I want to hear your ideas for buying and selling bitcoin anonymous with cash but of course this way is like dealing drugs u should trust the dealer and there are so many flaws to it but anyways let's talk about it more because I think buying bitcoin is essential to it's adaption.
I have to ask clarification because the OP seems to be contradictory. "Cash" implies physical bills. "Over the internet" implies the buyer will never meet the seller in-person.
If you mean to use a venmo-like fiat payment system to pay, then robosats is what you're looking for.
If you mean to find people over the internet that you can meet F2F & IRL to exchange bitcoin for fiat bills, you can do this without any bitcoin exchange service. If this is the case, why not just use your lightning wallet?

Yes both actually all the ways to buy bitcoin without kyc

I am a big fan of more P2P markets, the only ones I think that really work the smoothest would be ones using Liquid since you can buy USDT and then just swap that for L-BTC but it's not ideal
I really like what robostats is doing, with it being a specific key to have an account and the reputation is tied to that key.
Have you also tried vouchers and P2P? you can find a curated list of exchanges/platforms here - P2P Bitcoin exchanges
And a guide on how to do it on LN here
I think you can also do it with bitcoin ATMs, if its under a certain value, if you have one in your area.

I don't think there is any reputation tied to a robot. The intent with robosats is that each transaction is with a new randomly generated robot identity

Read it loved the idea but seems a bit hard to gather trusted people and make sure that there will be no failed exchanges

Bisq is probably what I'd use if I wanted such a thing: https://bisq.wiki/Cash_by_mail

Is there a way to derive a reputation score by analyzing the seller's lightning node? The seller signing a message with the node could function as identity verification.
reply
Users aren't required to run their own lighting node. You could use a custodial lightning wallet (like Wallet of Satoshi) without any issues whatsoever on robosats.
reply
I wasn't suggesting robosats and verifying a lightning node. Different threads

Bisq, though I've never actually tried it. I hear it works pretty well, most of the time.

If you want to sell bitcoin for cash the best way is to meet the P2P with your Bolt Gift card pre loaded for agreed amount (no phone required at the meet) exchange cash and tap their phone with the bolt card - the NFC will do it magic and the bitcoin is sweept via a lightning wallet MUUN worked like a dream - more info about BOLT > https://coincorner.com/social/max

You can buy Bitcoin via Cash on several p2p plattform like e.g. Bisq.
However, I didn't have good experiences with it. Last time I checked there were like 2 sellers in all of Germany and a +10% spread. The process also involved some special plastic bags to put the paper money in etc.Definitely not a frictionless transaction, high barrier to entry.
It's easier to find local Bitcoin meetups and find people that are willing to buy KYC Bitcoin that disappear into the void in their name. I wouldn't want that on my name even for 10% profit margin...

I really hope that the new API for Bisq will let developers create smooth experiences for the platform. I think that if there's a smoother, simplified UI, more people would use it.

I am old enough to remember about Localbitcoin, is it still a thing?
reply
They used to have the largest share of P2P trading volume, by a wide margin.
Then they made KYC a requirement. They are still the largest (by trade volume) in some countries, but they've shrunk dramatically in both trade volume as well as market share.
Paxful is now the largest, but some time after LocalBitcoins began requiring KYC, Paxful did the same thing.
OP specifically asked for KYC-free methods, so neither of those will work. There are a number of No-KYC (KYC-free) P2P trading platforms such as Bisq, Robosats⚡, HodlHodl, LocalCoinSwap, LocalCryptos, AgoraDesk, and a handful of others that are smaller or targeted to a specific language or country / region.
