Exactly! Bitcoin is not all about price. It's a journey of freedom from debasement and manipulation of government.

This is what happens when your time preference is short on a greatly undervalued thing. We live in a time where having patience is under appreciated and actually punished. Bitcoin is the opposite.

That's a true statement.  Even in instances when you get hooked on mixing and moving your coins around, not even necessarily trading.

Many of my friends accumulated a good chunk of BTC over the years and when it appreciated multiple Xs (in fiat terms) they sold ....  only to buy it back later, but they ended up having less BTC.

It seems more clear to me, the more you trade it the less you'd have!
