What’s something your husband did to you that you’ll never forget? What is the most unforgettable sentence that someone said to you? Right after my first child was born, my husband said “you are no longer my lover, you're the mother of my child.” That felt like a punch in the face. I was a new mom, trying to help a colicky baby and he changed my life with one sentence. He's treated me like the mother of his children ever since. We had one more child. He was disappointed that we didn't have a boy, just two girls. I got my tubes tied. No more for me. There is zero romance, compassion or love in this marriage. It's more like a business. Depressing. Sad. I've been suicidal, but I love my daughter's so much. They are both amazing young women. I'm lonely. They live too far away.
