If you are collecting PII and bending the knee to the government, you are still providing a path for governments to identify individuals. That is what KYC aims to do. This is not different just because you're not collecting KYC specific data like ID cards, SSN, and verifiable addresses.

My opinion: Not inclusive.

fishy as fuck.. wheres the company VAT and all the important info.. If you read the terms.. a lot of important stuff is left out.. are they a real company?
