In all likelihood you don't tell the anything.

It's none of their business. Upholding your right to do with your property what you want is noble.
They probably won't ask. You are probably way to poor for them to care. There are multimillionaires withdrawing everything and traveling to Switzerland or gambling everything away after a cancer diagnosis
