I agree with this 100%. BIPs need to slow down, or we risk losing our only hope.

Agreed.
Base Chain should not change - BIPs can be introduced after 2140 🙂

I disagree with this Bitcoin needs to change and upgrade otherwise it will die, 10 years to review a bip is just ridiculous
