New Features
- Auto-Fees (AF) - Act upon suggested fee rates automatically (no more than once per day per channel)
- Added log page for any changes made by the AF feature
- Update to fee rate suggestions to cover more cases
- Added CV metric (channel score based on revenue and assisted revenue) Advanced page can now update all values at once (applicable Local Settings here will no longer update all channels)
- Closure data added to api endpoints
- Some additional data added to dashboard page
- A few bug fixes and optimizations
