Visitors gives a decent idea of the distribution, though yes you can't know what's VPN-based on what's not

I consider it highly unsound to use any country statistic based on IP addresses.

Look at bitcoin nodes at https://bitnodes.io/nodes/. 60% are from Tor country ;-)

Cyberspace does not know any countries.
