War of Art by Steven Pressfield was a good one...not to be confused with the Art of War

It's not a book, but for getting things done, check out a site called Flow.Club. Think of it like getting together with a friend, starting an hour long work session with a 5 minute check-in, where you share what you'd like to accomplish. Then 50 minutes work, then 5 minutes stating what you accomplished.
But it's all virtual, and you can find a session open almost any time.
I've been able to get some tasks done that have been sitting on my to-do list for a LONG time. It's amazing how motivational it is to sit down to work on a to-do list you've shared with people, and know you're going to check-in again in 50 minutes.

Wow I’m Chinese but haven’t read that book yet.
I might have a copy of it lying somewhere in my house. Will dust it off and read it
