My Phoenix Wallet shows X capacity in multiple channels, but payments sent that are <X all keep failing due to a "could not route" error.
Phoenix wants to open another channel for a 1% fee/minimum 3000 sats, but the channels I already have still open have ample capacity.
What's happening here?
This is disappointing to have small payments fail.
The recepiant node may not be well connected.
