Why are wallets the biggest concern that people at the conference keep hammering on? I'm watching the startup pitchday video another user posted and it's been several wallets already, plus I heard a number of speakers on the other stages tell people to "build a better wallet".
I don't understand. What are the features that are missing? What more does a wallet need to do that hasn't already been done? I've sampled a number of lightning wallets so far, and one seems as good as any other to me. What am I missing?
There's no such thing as "best wallet"... Each one is good for a specific situation or use.

Agreed. There will be different wallets for different things. So long as people have great open source options to fulfill the most basic, yet most important functionality of a wallet, we're good.
Over time, there will be increasingly more 'wallets' that are custodial or pseudo custodial (although things like greenlight, sensei sound amazing as a nice in-between), but these wallets will provide features catering to a specific group of people, with different tradeoffs. We're already starting to see it play out, too.
I guess when someone says, 'we need to build a better wallet', they're generally talking about what THEY want to see in the wallet. Build it and let the market decide ;)
