I guess it will as currently more people in Western country are affected by censorship on social media in some form. More people have been banned from social media than loosing access to banking relationship completely. 

I do not think it will beat that number.

Are there any technical books about Nostr from the well-known publisher e.g. O'Reilly, Manning etc. in the works? 

Or some books about the impact of this technology on economics and freedom published by Konsensus.network?
