None of the big ones discriminate yet afaict, eg SN is run on AWS. Most of them won't let you mine though.

I use thousands of CPU cores at work for big data processing in Spark. It's a standing joke that I'm mining bitcoin.
Are you worried about vendor lock-in or do you mainly keep to fairly portable tech like EC2?

I love Lunanode, they take Lightning over their own BTCPay installation.
