Hi Bitcoiners,

I just want to share my experience using Centralized Exchanges namely https://www.okx.com/ My balance reached >$500 but today because I read the news that OKX partnered with Prime Trust so I decided to withdraw my Balance to Phoenix Wallet using Lightning Wallet.

I have been trying to Withdraw All my Balance >$500 since 18.12:50 Jun/09/2023. But, until now I still haven't received my Bitcoin in my Phoenix Wallet. The status is still in progress. I don't know what to do to solve it.

But, I've emailed OKX Support many times, then they said I have to wait 1 - 3 working days to get my balance back.

Now I'm a bit freaked out reading the news that OKR is still partnering with Prime Trust. Meanwhile, Prime Trust is insolvent now.

The interesting part is, I tried to deposit to OKX to make sure what's the problem with Lightning Network. I deposited a small dollar, then I tried to withdraw to my Phoenix wallet about 3 USD, and it worked. was sent within a minute.

Now this is what makes me confused, why when I withdraw more than >$500 it doesn't work, the status is still pending?
