Hi all, first time poster here!

After the recent Ledger debacle, I dusted off my old Raspberry Pi 1B, ordered some parts (even found a brand new made in UK case at my local hardware store!), and built a SeedSigner with it. I'm in no way a technical person, so it took me a while to finish this project, but I'm pretty happy with the outcome!

The hardest part for me is desoldering/resoldering the GPIO pins, in order to lift the display hat above the RCA connector and the case. But if you are using newer Pis with a 40-pin GPIO, either barebone or with a dedicated enclosure, the process will be significantly simpler. Just get the parts, put them all together, verify and install the software, and bam you're in business.

I wanna give a big shoutout to Steve from Crypto Guide, since it's his video (and code) which inspired and guided me through this. This old Raspberry Pi now has a new life, and I can sleep better knowing my BTC is in a safer place.
