Any article that put together bitcoiners with crypto is a total garbage.
I thought you are a maximalist. But posting this garbage makes me think again...

That hierarchy was initially created to represent BTC Hodlers, but inevitably it was used extensively to the rest of the Cryptocurrencies (by the media I would imagine).

2: Shitcoiners and fiat maxis
