Hey everyone, I'm a new user from Nigeria. Last month I came across the Bitcoin Magazine App and I registered for the 21DaysofBitcoin course.

After passing through all the 21 Days email lessons, I came to understand the basics of Bitcoin and the Lightning Network.

Learning about the Bitcoin Lightning Network ⚡ made me aware of some Lightning Network Apps and I found myself on @SN.

I wish to interact with Bitcoiners and Bitcoin Apps especially the Lightning Network Apps.

I'm new to the Bitcoin ecosystem so, I may not have some technical knowledge to share about Bitcoin. I intend to share important Bitcoin news links and my experiences as I learn and interact with Bitcoin Apps.

As for the most popular wallets in Nigeria, I guess it's Trust wallet. I think MetaMask might be the second in popularity. I'm only guessing, please. 😀

Welcome friend; you have come to the right place. You just completed the 21 Days of Bitcoin course; are you aware that there is a 21-day Africa Bitcoiners course as well, based out of Nigeria? Here is a link to both their website and Twitter page:

Even though I live in the US, I took the course earlier this month and it had a some content that was more centered toward an African audience, so you may find that helpful. Also, consider exploring these educational resources as well:

https://lookingglasseducation.com/ = Another slightly higher-level quiz to gauge your level of Bitcoin understanding; Look for the "50 Questions To Test Your Bitcoin Knowledge" under the courses section after you register for an account

https://bitcoin.rocks/ = A website with short articles about various aspects of Bitcoin; they will even give you a template to print stickers for international regions to help you spread the word about Bitcoin...or for you just to put up in your room as conversation starters

https://www.2minutebitcoin.org/ = Just like the name implies, some good short articles about bitcoin and bitcoin history

https://bitcoinmagazine.com/ = A pretty good source of current bitcoin news. You can also earn/stack sats by reading articles in their app. Of note, Bitcoin Magazine has a great guides section (https://bitcoinmagazine.com/guides) that summarizes big picture topics around Bitcoin
