I have used Google authenticator for years and would like to get away from it. Is there a good alternative that is trusted by Bitcoiners?

Authy is also cloud-based.
Great for convenient quick back-ups & restoration, but that also means it’s one of the most vulnerable to being compromised.

i use an android app called 2fasauth. it works well enough for me though I only use it once or twice per month.
