Vaultwarden - a lightweight open source Bitwarden server. You can install it on your own server (like your Citadel server :) There you can also store your OTP

Authy is also cloud-based.

Great for convenient quick back-ups & restoration, but that also means it’s one of the most vulnerable to being compromised.

i use an android app called 2fasauth. it works well enough for me though I only use it once or twice per month.
