I think the whole civilization part is the idea of regime change and/or massive changes with Iran. I don’t think he means it by what I call the surface level meaning of say carpet bombing cities. I’m playing devils advocate here but Iran has directly been targeting Gulf States civilian infrastructure while the U.S. has avoided that. I believe the U.S. needs to be better than Iran and not stoop to their level but Iran has been targeting a majority of civilian locations not military.
I wrote about the school strike and it was horrific. The one bridge we struck wasn’t the greatest but from what I have heard and read the Iranians were driving the one way drones down that road over and over. It’s why you haven’t seen many Dems come out crazy over it.
