Stack some sats when websites show you ads with the Slice browser extension.

I tried this some months ago. It seemed completely unusable. There were ads all over my screen and I didn't get any slices (or whatever they are called) for any of them. Nice idea, poor execution.

I started using it more recently than that and haven't had that experience.
There is a feature, that may not have been there before, that let's you adjust how many ads get through to you. I set mine to the highest level, because that has the highest earnings, and I barely notice the ads on a page.

How many sats are you able to stack per day? If it is a worthwhile amount I might give it another shot.

I don't spend much time on sites with lots of ads, but when I do it looks like maybe 50 sats per day.
They say you can expect something like $5 a month with normal browsing, so that's probably an upper bound.

You are paid in some random shitcoin, not Bitcoin.

It pays out in sats, so not really.
You could say the earnings formula involves some random shitcoin, I guess, but that only seems relevant if you're not transferring it out to a lightning wallet.

Last time I checked it they paid in "slices" or something like that, which can then be exchanged into sats, after some time.
Do you earn sats directly now?

You're right. I just checked and there is a 30 day lag.

Watchint ads intentially seems like torture, even when they pay you

You don't have to watch them. It pays out if a site your looking at has ads running somewhere on the page.
I haven't noticed any change from an internet browsing standpoint.

Sad that their service is only available with chrome

That's not true. I'm using their extension on firefox.

I use it (well, I installed it but didn't make sense on how to use it) on Chromium, i.e. ¢®øµ€ with all the spying shit code from Gøøgł€ removed.
I believe (although I'm not 100% sure) that I'm stacking some sats. Therefore I must be viewing some of their adds somehow, although I have no clue when and how that happens. I have no idea on how to claim and withdraw them, either. LOL

Fortunately, I don't think they ever lapse, so you can just keep building up a little side stack. ;)

A very little stack, indeed. It shows 35.7 something (in a larger font) and $0.04 · 160 Sats in smaller font. So, I guess that whatever the 35.7 things are must be equivalent to the 160 sats and there probably is a way to convert them to sats and withdraw through the LN.
Even though each and every sat counts, I haven't felt motivated enough to try and figure it out for that amount. I guess it's a good thing they don't ever lapse, if you happen to be right on that. LOL.
