German Bundesliga, Spanish La Liga and Italian Serie A follow the English, with Ligue One following close. You can watch most of the top players there

Personally I find it annoying because Jed York used to be one of the best owners and very willing to spend cash beyond the salary cap by paying players cash bonuses to retain them or restructure their contracts to keep the team under the cap but he got very cheap last year after they bought the second soccer team. Hopefully just a one year reset and not a trend.
