I'm actually quite proud of my stupid game, and check to see if people are playing quite regularly. I've got two ways to do this.
- Is anyone paying to play?
- Is anyone logging new scores in the leaderboard?
It's possible to play a free game and get on the leaderboard. It's also possible to pay to play and never login. What is not possible to do, is login, finish multiple paid games, and not show up on the leaderboard. The only way I can image this happening is if someone were to start a game, then something crashes, and then they repeat this process multiple times.
I just noticed a curious series of payments from this past Friday.
Yet, if you check out the leaderboard there's no Max! This leads me to believe Max got a bum deal. So, anyone that can provide the preimage to any one of these seven "Max" payments gets their sats back. The minimum 1000 sat bounty on sn, with their 30% commission, and the fact that this is the only real place I've shared the game, all make this the perfect forum. Again, share the preimage of any one of these payments, and you get the full bounty. I'd really love it if you would be willing to share what happened as well, but that's on you.
Can I withdraw the SATS earned in this game? Do you have any more explicit guidelines on how to play?
There’s no way to earn sats in the game, so there’s nothing to withdrawal. It’s just a game. People might zap you on the leaderboard, and I zap out some from the game payments, but that’s also just for fun and there’s no guarantee.
As far as gameplay:
Conway's Game of Life controls the walls:
Any live cell with 2 or 3 live neighbors survives.
Any dead cell with exactly 3 live neighbors becomes alive.
All other cells die or remain dead.
I'll also throw in the occasional glider or spaceship. These also form naturally, but I'm going to break the rules here so the board never gets boring.
After that, it's pacman! ...but with five ghosts...who are always invincible...and the coins you pickup are bitcoin...but not real bitcoin...also the walls will kill you
You get one free game per day. Additional games require Bitcoin Lightning payments. Don't get shocked!
Login with ANYONE's npub. Just know, the zaps are real. They won't go to you if you use someone else's npub. Hey, maybe play as an organization that you want to support.
Okay, thanks for the information. I thought it would be a “pay-to-win” game. It's pretty fun, but it would be better if I could get some extra SATS for beating levels or reaching a certain number of points. Congratulations and great job 👌
